The Hot Bot Power Slot is 50 minutes of one-on-one help with the Champagne Fab bot crew so you can install, personalize, polish, or power-up the bot you already bought.
This is for you if you want to:
- Skip the setup slog. Hand us the boring tech parts and let us help you get everything installed while you do something more glamorous.
- Customize your bot. Make it fit your business, your voice, your offers, your workflow.
- Add more horsepower. Your bot is already doing the Lord's work, but you want to see what else it can do with Cowork.
- Talk through ideas. Bring your "Can it also do this?" list and we'll help you sort what's possible, what's smart, and what belongs in the "not today, disco biscuit" pile.
What happens on the call
We meet on Google Meet for 50 minutes. Depending on what you need, we may:
- Help install or connect your bot
- Walk through settings
- Customize instructions
- Adjust your bot's personality or workflow
- Show you useful Cowork tricks
- Help you think through better ways to use what you bought
You bring the laptop. We bring the button-clicking confidence.
Before your session
Please have these ready before the call starts:
- Claude Desktop installed on the device you connect to the meeting with
- Claude Pro or Max subscription active
- Your bot files downloaded and easy to find
- A short list of what you want help with
Very important: Cowork does not work on the free Claude plan.
If you show up without Claude Desktop installed or without an active Pro or Max subscription, we can still use the session to help with that, but you probably do not want to spend the time you purchased watching us guide you through billing screens. That is not glam. That is DMV energy.

Time
Your session is exactly 50 minutes.
We block a 10-minute buffer between appointments.
If you arrive late, we still end at the scheduled time.
Example: You arrive 12 minutes late. You have 38 minutes left. The math is rude, but she is consistent.
Rescheduling
Need to move your appointment? No problem.
Give us at least 24 hours' notice and we'll help you reschedule.
Less than 24 hours' notice means the session is forfeited. We held that spot for you, and once the calendar pumpkin turns back into a cancellation carriage, we cannot sell that time to someone else.
No-shows
No-shows are not refunded.
Nobody enjoys being ghosted. Not on a date. Not in a group project. Not while sitting in Google Meet wondering if someone fell into a Target aisle and lost the will to communicate.
Refunds for unbooked sessions
Bought a slot and changed your mind before booking?
Email support@champagnefab.com within 14 days of purchase for a refund.
After 14 days, the credit stays yours forever. Book whenever you're ready.
Once you book an appointment, the 24-hour reschedule rule applies.

Computer requirements:
Mac: Apple Silicon chip (M1, M2, M3, or M4) and macOS Sonoma or later. Intel Macs will not work. Windows: Virtual Machine Platform must be enabled. Both: 8GB RAM minimum.
