Just in case anyone gets their panties in a wad, here's the scoop.
Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is extremely important to me! Please inspect your order upon receipt and if you are not satisfied, contact me as soon as possible at mandi@champagnefab.com so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right where I reasonably can.
Print On Demand Products
To prevent waste, many of the products in my shop (clothing, mugs, etc.) are “print on demand,” which means they are produced especially for you after you place your order by a third‑party fulfillment partner. This is indicated in the listing description.
Because these items are made to order, I am not able to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or similar reasons. If you receive the wrong item, a misprinted item, or an item that arrives damaged or defective, please email mandi@champagnefab.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue within 14 days of delivery. I will work with the fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate and in line with their policies.
Inventory Products
For items that are not print‑on‑demand (such as original paintings, in‑stock art prints, or other inventory products), I generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Many of these pieces are one‑of‑a‑kind or limited‑run items and are handled accordingly.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact mandi@champagnefab.com with your order number and photos of the issue within 14 days of delivery. Depending on the circumstances and subject to applicable law, I may offer a repair, replacement, or refund for the affected item.
To be eligible for any return or replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (other than the reported damage or defect), unused, and, where applicable, in its original packaging. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non‑returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned except where required by law, including custom or personalized products, commissioned work, digital products, gift cards, and sale items. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please reach out before purchasing.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped into the European Union and you are a consumer, you may have the right under applicable law to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
These statutory rights may not apply in the same way to certain digital products or custom items where you have expressly agreed that performance should begin before the end of the cooling‑off period. Where EU consumer law grants you additional rights, those rights will apply.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected any approved return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact mandi@champagnefab.com.
Shipping Policy
When to expect your order:
Many of the items in my store (clothes, mugs, etc.) are “print on demand,” meaning that right after you order them they are custom made by a fulfillment partner. Fulfillment usually takes 2–7 business days, after which the order is shipped. You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.
All fulfillment and shipping time frames are estimates provided by my fulfillment partners and carriers and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside my control.
The shipping time depends on your location, but can often be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● Other International: 10–20 business days
Where will the order ship from?
I work with on‑demand order fulfillment companies with facilities worldwide. Inventory items may ship directly from me or from a partner location, as indicated in the product listing or shipping confirmation.
Customs:
Additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply to international orders. These charges are assessed by your local customs office and are not controlled by me. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please check with your local customs office to determine whether duties or taxes apply to your purchases. You are responsible for paying any such duties, taxes, or fees.
If you believe your order is overdue:
Before getting in touch, please help by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address and review the tracking information with the carrier.
● If tracking indicates it was delivered but you don't have it, please ask your local post office and/or neighbors if they have your package or accepted it on your behalf.
If the shipping address was correct and the package was not left at the post office or with a neighbor, contact me at mandi@champagnefab.com with your order number and details. I will work with the carrier and/or fulfillment partner to investigate. Depending on the results of the investigation and carrier policies, I may be able to offer a replacement or other solution.
If there was a mistake in the delivery address that you provided, I can usually send a replacement order, but shipping (and, in some cases, product cost) will be at your own expense.

Collecting Personal Information

- Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify, Printful for certain products, and the payment processor and shipping company you select at checkout – strictly for the purpose of conducting the sale and delivery of your purchase.
- Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number.
Sharing Personal Information
We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

- We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
- Your personal information will never be shared with or sold to anyone that is not absolutely required to process and deliver your order!
Using Personal Information
We use your Personal Information to provide our services to you, which includes: offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfillment of your order, and keeping you up to date on new products, services, and offers.

Automatic decision-making
If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to object to processing based solely on automated decision‑making (which includes profiling), when that decision‑making has a legal effect on you or otherwise significantly affects you.
Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision‑making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.
Services that include elements of automated decision‑making include:
- Temporary blacklist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This blacklist persists for a small number of hours.
- Temporary blacklist of credit cards associated with blacklisted IP addresses. This blacklist persists for a small number of days.
Your rights
GDPR
If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to access the Personal Information we hold about you, to port it to a new service, and to ask that your Personal Information be corrected, updated, or erased. Your Personal Information will be initially processed in Ireland and then will be transferred outside of Europe for storage and further processing, including to Canada and the United States.
